About Me

I am a composer whose passion for storytelling is at the heart of my music. Born in Norfolk, my journey into the world of music began at an early age. Showing a keen interest in anything musical, I quickly advanced through the ranks of musical education, ultimately graduating with a Bachelors and Masters in music from the University of Nottingham. My formative years were marked by the mentorship of esteemed composer Elizabeth Kelly and Professor Mervyn Cooke.

I have composed for an array of genres including film, game, television, chamber music, jazz, choir and orchestra. Notable works include ‘Forces of a Nebula’, which was showcased at the University of Nottingham by the world renowned Villiers Quartet. My distinctive style blends bold melodies with intricate harmonies and innovative extended techniques. I often explores themes of emotion, identity, and the natural world, seeking to connect deeply with the audience and provoke thoughtful reflection.
